Exam Results Collection Thursday 14th August 2025
Below sets out the arrangements for all Y12 and Y13 students collecting A Level, AS Level, Level 3 BTEC and Extended Project Qualification examination results this summer.
On Results Day, Thursday 14th August, school will be open from 8.00am – 10.00am for students to come in to collect their results from the Gym on the main school site via entry from main school reception on Cheltenham Road. I will be there alongside Ms Hoskins, our sixth form pastoral mentor, to support with UCAS applications and any other concerns and will be based in the upper cafe area.
We strongly advise students to collect their results in person if possible, but if students would prefer to have them emailed directly to them on the day please complete this Microsoft Form:
https://forms.office.com/r/1CMazdriS8
These will be sent out via email after 11.00am.
If your child has applied to university, you may find it helpful to access this link to the main UCAS website which gives full details regarding the next steps students will need to take to confirm entry onto their courses, what to do if their results do not match their course entry requirements, and how to apply for alternative courses via the clearing process: Results - what you need to know.
Your child may also wish to consider applying for an apprenticeship at any time of year. These can be found at www.gov.uk/apply-apprenticeship. and helpful general advice regarding apprenticeships can be found here: https://amazingapprenticeships.com/ Other useful links for general careers advice and information include https://nationalcareersservice.direct.gov.uk/ and https://www.prospects.ac.uk/
In addition, Ms Donovan, Careers Lead, will be available to discuss general queries regarding career choices and will also be based in the upper cafe area.
After students have received their results, if they think there is something wrong with their grade(s) they can follow the review/appeals process which should start with a conversation with the exams officer who will be based in classroom AO2 and we will support them with next steps for this.
I very much look forward to supporting students into their next destinations and celebrating their hard-earned results with them on the day.

Head of Sixth Form
